Duo Roller Blinds

Apart from regularly used roller blinds the company Bécé also has duo roller blinds in their collection. Duo roller blinds have two layers of fabric which can be moved independently to adjust the amount of light going through. Due to the two layers the product contain twice as much fabric as regular roller blinds which results in a bigger valance to store the fabric.
The company as assigned our team to redesign the valance and bottom bar in such a way that the separate parts look and function as one product.
The result is a product which still represent their already existing product but works as one product instead of separate parts. We integrated a clever hidden mount and unmount system. The valance and bottom bar have the same appearance and we found a solution to close the product when the fabric is up. Unlike all the duo roller blinds and normal roller blinds on the marked we found a way to close the gap in the valance when not in use.
